Organize with Dogwood for the municipal election and fight for a City Hall that stands up for climate action, thriving communities, and works for everyone.

The Stakes Are High
In 2022, Langford residents voted for change. After decades of rapid development that often put business interests ahead of residents, voters elected a new council committed to responsible growth, greater accountability, and protecting the community’s natural environment.
Now that progress is at risk. There are growing efforts to return Langford to the old way of doing things—putting unchecked development ahead of thoughtful planning, climate action, and the long-term wellbeing of the community. We can’t just sit back and let good progress be reversed!
Organize with Dogwood
To protect our community, we need to build community. That’s why volunteers like you are joining Dogwood’s Triple the Vote campaign to engage our communities and help more people vote in this year’s municipal election.
Only one in four eligible voters cast a ballot in Langford’s last election, meaning just a handful of conversations can make a real difference. Our volunteer team will work together from now until election day to reach neighbours who care about protecting Langford’s future—but who might otherwise skip voting. Through conversations, outreach, and community events, we’ll build the community resilience and strength to transform voter turnout and push for progress.
